Dream Board Workshop 2011

It’s taught in every business workshop and it’s one of the secrets to implementing The Law of Attraction, Dream Board or Vision Board Exercise. Recently on a team training call me and Rich was conducting I came up with a fantastic idea for the team members. The assignment was to create their own Dream Board but not like how it is usually created with poster board, some markers, glue, and magazines cut outs..oh no! We are in the internet age now so I have found a very accessible website that is free to use and create your own creative Dream Board online at DigitalDreamBoard.com. The Dream Board you create can be saved and edited whenever you like on the website as well as shared through the major social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and emailed or embeded into a website.
As a team assignment exercise I like to give the first steps before getting started in your network marketing business is “Creating Your Dream Board” first. Below you will see some of our team members personal dream board creations that was done online at DigitalDreamBoard.com. This was a fun and creative exercise as stated by the members on our team and I am sure it will help you think of ways to create your Dream Board for your future.
Digital Dream Board Instructions:
Step 1: Create a username and password at http://digitaldreamboard.com
Step 2: Select your Background Solid Color
Step 3: Upload or Select from the Gallery your inspirational photos and slogans that reflect who you desire to be in your future.
Step 4: Start drag and dropping your photos in a collage effect order as you see your future to be.
Step 5: Once you a finished click SAVE to save your work.
Step 6: Click VIEW button.
Step 7: Take your mouse and right click on the image to SAVE IMAGE AS to your computer.
Step 8: Save as JPG. and Make it your DESKTOP BACKGROUND
Why Make Your Dream Board Your Desktop Background?
The reason I am telling you to make your Dream Board as your desktop background is because putting this in front of you daily where you obviously can see it every time you log onto your computer is the best way to manifest the energy through Law of Attraction. Each day look at your dream board and at night before sleeping to remind yourself of your reason for working your network marketing business so hard. The WHY? is what is going to keep you strong and passionate to not quit when times are going tough with your business or with family.
Dream Board Happiness Tips & Techniques
1. Smile
Behavior Expert Dr. Mark Stibich says, “Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile.”
2. Take A Scenic Drive
A change in scenery will boost up your mood, drive around look at the clouds, the stars, the landmarks, and if you look for things to appreciate I am sure you will find them!
3. Laugh
Watch a comedy video that will make you laugh, I always watch my favorite comedy “Eddie Murphy RAW”..something about it CRACKS Me up and I have the best productive day.
4. Take A Cue From Children
Set yourself free and be silly like your kids do.
5. Let Go Of The Need To Be Right
“I’d rather be RICH than to be RIGHT”
6. Breathe Deeply
Did you know? most people take shallow breaths all day, not healthy at all for your heart or lungs. So power them up with a few deep breaths and you will start to relax. A great stress reliever technique I use personally.
7. Enjoy The Present Moment
When you stop rushing toward the future and starting savoring the present moment, not only will you enjoy each moment more, you’ll be a match to many more moments worth savoring.
8. Look For The Good In The Bad
Happy people look for the good or the gift in a painful experience.
9. Join The Secret Society Of Happy People
Yes, there is a Secret Society of Happy People, though it’s not a secret anymore since I am telling you..right! This group encourages people to share happy stories on their website, SOHP.com.
10. Exercise
Exercise releases endorphins in the body which are “natural pain killers” that promote an increased sense of well being.
11. Study The Happy People You Know
Study the happy people you know or learn why my group of happy people are so excited with high energy and smiling all the time.
12. Play With Your Pet
Playing with soft and cuddly animals like your pet dog, cat, rabbit, or gerbil..(well they bite hard so ..nevermind the little rodents)…will help you feel good.

hello everyone,first of all i am so thankful for ace & rich, they rock. they are so inspireational.every since i met them in my home state of fl. they have been a god sent for me helping me with every issue that i have had from the get go to learn about how and what to do to be the best that i can be in this business, i have so much to learn yet, and i know that they will continue to be there for me. i thank them for that. the dream boards are beautiful. i love shareing mine with others, and and all the dream boards that i see here
even inspire me more to reach my goals.

I love the dream board! Every year when I review my business plan I update mine. I will have to look into the online one… I was using a cork board in my office (how low tech is that?… lol) Thanks for sharing the post and some of yours team’s boards!
